Function Overview
Personnel in the SayPro Magazine Strategic Partnerships Office are responsible for the accurate and timely uploading, formatting, and scheduling of magazine articles and related content for digital publication on the SayPro website. This function ensures that SayPro Monthly Magazine content is presented professionally, is accessible to global audiences, and aligns with SayPro’s content calendar and strategic communication goals.
Key Responsibilities
🌐 1. Content Uploading
- Upload finalized and approved articles, interviews, profiles, and infographics to the SayPro website via the Content Management System (CMS).
- Ensure all content is properly formatted for digital presentation, including:
- Headings and subheadings
- Paragraph spacing and line breaks
- Hyperlinks and embedded media
- SEO-friendly metadata (titles, tags, categories)
⏰ 2. Scheduling for Publication
- Schedule posts according to the SayPro editorial calendar and coordinated release timelines.
- Use built-in CMS tools to assign future publication dates and times to ensure timely release of magazine issues.
- Coordinate with the Media and Outreach teams to align content release with promotional campaigns.
📎 3. Asset Integration
- Upload and insert related images, partner logos, video links, and downloadable documents (PDFs, reports) as needed.
- Ensure proper image captions, alternative text for accessibility, and visual consistency across all articles.
