1. Generate GPT Prompts for Topic Extraction

Goal: Produce 100 high-quality prompts for AI-assisted topic generation across key content areas.

🔹 Task Description:

  • Create prompts covering magazine management, content strategy, partnership innovation, monetization, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure prompts are specific, insightful, and designed to spark deep industry analysis.

📌 Deliverables:

  • 100 finalized prompts (grouped by category)
  • Shared in SayPro Content Strategy folder
  • Completion deadline: April 15, 2025

2. Prepare Strategic Partnership Proposals

Goal: Develop at least 10 targeted proposals to potential collaborators.

🔹 Task Description:

  • Research and draft proposals including value propositions, goals, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Align proposals with SCSPR-31 themes.

📌 Deliverables:

  • 10+ proposals in SayPro-branded format
  • Submitted to Partnerships Office by April 18, 2025

3. Compile Industry Trend Reports

Goal: Provide research-driven insights into the current state and evolution of the magazine industry.

4. Coordinate Event Logistics & Agenda

Goal: Ensure a seamless experience for both in-person and virtual attendees.

  • Finalize agenda, secure speakers, confirm session formats (keynote, panel, workshop)
  • Coordinate with tech and support teams for setup
