Key Information Areas and Targets

To ensure a data-driven and strategically impactful event, the following categories of information and performance targets must be actively monitored, documented, and reported on:


1. Emerging Accreditation Trends

Objective: Identify and analyze evolving standards and innovations in global accreditation frameworks, especially those relating to information systems, technology certifications, and digital qualifications.

Tasks:

  • Track updates from key regulatory and standard-setting bodies (e.g., UNESCO, SAQA, ISO, ICDE).
  • Monitor adoption of digital credentialing tools, blockchain verification systems, and AI-based assessment models.
  • Record case studies or pilot programs testing cross-border recognition of tech-related certifications.

Target:

  • Document at least 10 major emerging trends with references, summaries, and potential impact notes.
  • Present findings in the Emerging Trends Briefing Report for the SCSPR-81 forum.

2. Strategic Partnerships Formed or Initiated

Objective: Measure collaborative outcomes of the event by tracking all new partnerships, proposals, and memoranda initiated during SCSPR-81.

Tasks:

  • Collect signed MOUs, letters of intent, or verbal partnership commitments.
  • Track partnership areas (e.g., joint accreditation, research collaboration, tech deployment).

Target:

  • Minimum of 5 formal partnership agreements initiated or signed.
  • Provide a Strategic Partnership Summary Sheet detailing each engagement.

3. Accreditation Processes Adopted or Piloted

Objective: Track how many organizations or participants commit to adopting or piloting updated or SayPro-aligned accreditation processes.

Tasks:

  • Collect feedback from institutions intending to integrate SayPro QAIST tools or frameworks.
  • Record commitments to pilot programs in digital accreditation or new qualification standards.

Target:

  • At least 3 institutions initiating accreditation alignment processes post-event.

4. Participant Feedback and Satisfaction

Objective: Measure engagement and satisfaction to guide improvements in future SayPro Monthly sessions.

Tasks:

  • Distribute structured post-event surveys to all participants.
  • Include both quantitative ratings and open-ended feedback.
  • Analyze satisfaction across categories (content quality, speaker relevance, technical delivery).

Target:

  • Receive feedback from at least 75% of registered participants.

  • Top 3 most-used templates summarized in the Post-Event KPI Report.

6. Engagement Metrics (Digital & On-Site)

Objective: Understand overall event reach and participant activity.

Tasks:

  • Track attendance numbers per session.
  • Measure engagement during Q&A, polls, and networking.
  • Monitor online activity (platform logins, chat participation, file access).

Target:

  • Maintain average session attendance rate of 85%.
  • Achieve minimum of 300+ total engagements across digital tools.

Reporting & Submission

All tracking data and reports must be compiled and submitted to the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office by June 15, 2025, to inform Q2 strategic reviews and upcoming accreditation planning cycles.
