Role Title: Template Development Coordinator (SCSPR-81 Participant Role)
Objective:
To design and standardize professional templates for core documentation needs of the SCSPR-81 event. These templates will streamline internal and external processes, ensure consistency across deliverables, and enhance the professional quality of event materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Proposal Templates
- Design structured proposal templates for initiating strategic partnerships with accreditation bodies, tech firms, education institutions, and certification authorities.
- Include sections for:
- Background and objectives
- Mutual benefits
- Roles and responsibilities
- Timeline and milestones
- Terms of collaboration
- Ensure the design aligns with SayPro branding and legal review requirements.
2. Accreditation Documentation Templates
- Create editable templates for:
- Accreditation application forms
- Self-evaluation reports
- Peer-review feedback forms
- Accreditation decision reports
- Incorporate standard criteria, checklists, and assessment rubrics used by international accreditation frameworks.
3. Event Schedule and Session Planner Templates
- Develop templates for:
- Detailed session agendas (including speaker bios, presentation titles, and timing)
- Daily event schedules for online and in-person formats
- Session sign-in sheets (for physical events) or attendance trackers (for virtual events)
4. Feedback and Evaluation Survey Templates
- Design pre- and post-event feedback forms for attendees, speakers, and partners.
- Include Likert-scale questions, open-ended response sections, and ranking criteria.
- Ensure the survey design allows for both digital (Google Forms, MS Forms) and printable formats.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other template-authoring tools
- Understanding of business documentation and professional formatting standards
- Attention to layout, consistency, and usability
- Familiarity with event, partnership, and accreditation documentation processes
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, editable templates

- A complete Template Toolkit with at least:
- 3 Partnership Proposal Templates
- 4 Accreditation Documentation Templates
- 2 Event Schedule Formats
- 2 Feedback Survey Designs
- Style guide or instruction sheets accompanying each template
- Centralized folder of editable files (Word, Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, PDF versions)
Participant Outcomes:
