SayPro Templates to Be Used

Objective:
To ensure all documents, presentations, and communications related to SCSPR-71 follow a uniform format. This promotes clarity, consistency, and brand alignment in how SayPro communicates with internal teams and external partners.


1. System Partnership Proposal Template

Purpose: To formalize new partnerships and proposals for collaboration in the systems and technology space.

Key Sections:

  • Cover Page (Partner Logos, Title, Date)
  • Executive Summary
  • Description of the Partnership Opportunity
  • Strategic Alignment with SayPro Goals
  • Technical Scope and System Integration Plan
  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Project Timeline and Milestones
  • Expected Outcomes and KPIs
  • Contact Information
  • Signature Section for Approvals

Format: Word / PDF (editable)
Usage: For new and proposed collaborations presented at or after SCSPR-71


2. Presentation Slide Deck Template
