Objective:
To establish a centralized, user-friendly online platform where participants can access all relevant information, register for SCSPR-71, and engage with event materials before, during, and after the event.

1. Website Content Management

Ensure the SayPro website includes all essential SCSPR-71 event information:

  • Event Overview: Summary of SCSPR-71 goals, themes, and agenda
  • Speakers & Sessions: List of confirmed speakers and session descriptions
  • Event Agenda: Downloadable and interactive version (PDF + web format)
  • Partnership Showcase: Section for highlighting partner organizations and tech demos
  • Learning Materials: Access to whitepapers, tech briefs, case studies, and presentation templates
  • FAQs: Logistics, participation format, contact info

Deadline: Initial website content live by April 8, 2025


2. Registration Setup

Develop and integrate a professional registration form for participants:

  • Fields to Include:
    • Full Name
    • Organization
    • Role/Title
    • Email and Phone
    • Area(s) of Interest (AI, Cloud, IoT, etc.)
    • Consent to data use (GDPR/POPIA compliance)
  • Features:
