SayPro Monthly April SCSPR-71 initiative. This outlines the specific materials staff must submit to ensure the event is well-prepared, collaborative, and strategically aligned.


Documents Required from Employees

Objective:
To ensure seamless preparation and execution of the SCSPR-71 event by collecting essential, high-quality documents from all contributing employees. These materials will support session planning, stakeholder engagement, and post-event reporting.


1. System Partnership Proposals

Purpose: Present detailed outlines of potential or existing partnerships that align with SayPro’s systems innovation strategy.

Requirements:

  • Executive summary of the partnership concept
  • Technology or system integration goals
  • Roles and contributions of each partner
  • Expected impact (technical, social, or economic)
  • Status of the relationship (proposed, in negotiation, ongoing)
  • Contact information for partner representatives

Format: Word document or PDF (2–4 pages)
Deadline: Submit by April 10th, 2025


2. Technology Solution Briefs

Purpose: Summarize specific systems-based technologies or tools to be showcased or discussed during the event.

Requirements:

  • Description of the system or solution
  • Use case(s) and deployment examples
  • Relevance to SCSPR-71 focus areas (e.g., AI, cloud, interoperability)
  • Technical specifications and scalability potential
  • Provider information

Format: 1–2 page fact sheet or slide deck
Deadline: Submit by April 12th, 2025


3. Business Case Studies

Purpose: Provide real-world examples of systems implementation or digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Background and context
  • Problem statement and solution approach
  • Partners involved
  • Outcomes achieved (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Lessons learned and transferability

Format: Word or PDF, with optional visuals or diagrams
Deadline: Submit by April 15th, 2025


4. Presentation Slides

Purpose: For employees delivering content during panels or breakout sessions.

Requirements:

  • Must follow SayPro’s event slide template
  • Include key messages, visuals, and speaker notes
  • Slides should be clear, professional, and time-managed (max 10 slides/session)

Format: PowerPoint or Google Slides
Deadline: Final version due April 18th, 2025


5. Feedback Collection Tools

Purpose: Tools for gathering structured input during and after the event.

Requirements:

  • Participant feedback forms (for sessions or the full event)
  • Speaker/partner evaluation forms
  • Suggestions or open-ended response templates

Format: Google Forms, Word/PDF, or digital survey links
Deadline: Submit drafts by April 14th, 2025


Submission Instructions:

All documents should be uploaded to the SCSPR-71 Shared Drive under the appropriate folder category. Ensure file names include:
