Objective:
To assess the effectiveness of the SCSPR-71 event in fostering meaningful collaboration by tracking specific, measurable outcomes related to partnerships, innovation sharing, and problem-solving.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. New Partnerships Formed

  • Target: Establish 10 or more new strategic partnerships during or as a direct result of SCSPR-71.
  • Measurement Criteria:
    • Number of formal partnership agreements or MoUs signed
    • Number of new partner introductions facilitated
    • Number of follow-up meetings scheduled post-event
  • Tracking Tools:
    • Partnership engagement log
    • Post-event follow-up tracker

2. Technological Innovations Shared

  • Target: Showcase 15 or more innovative system solutions or tools across key tech domains (AI, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, etc.).
  • Measurement Criteria:
    • Number of tech demos, solution briefs, or innovation pitches presented
    • Number of case studies submitted or discussed
    • Peer review or panel feedback on shared innovations
  • Tracking Tools:

3. Business and System Challenges Addressed

  • Target: Identify and actively address at least 5 real-world challenges through group sessions or technical working groups.
