To maintain consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all communication and documentation related to the SCSPR-31 initiative, employees are responsible for designing standardized templates that support reporting, partnership management, and post-event evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Proposal and Partnership Templates
    • Create user-friendly templates for:
      • Medical partnership proposals
      • Collaboration outlines
      • Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)
      • Joint research or project agreements
    • Ensure templates reflect SayPro’s branding, legal standards, and data capture needs.
  • Develop Reporting and Summary Templates
    • Design structured formats for:
      • Session reports and speaker summaries
      • Weekly progress updates
      • Final project and event impact reports
    • Include clear sections for objectives, outcomes, recommendations, and follow-ups.
  • Create Event Feedback and Evaluation Tools
    • Design feedback surveys for attendees, panelists, and internal staff.
    • Develop both digital and printable formats, with rating scales, open-ended questions, and suggestion fields.
    • Include logic and branching for specific roles (e.g., speaker vs. audience member).
  • Ensure Usability and Accessibility
    • Templates must be:
      • Easy to use by both SayPro and external partners
      • Compatible with platforms like Word, Excel, PDF, and Google Docs
      • Visually clean, with consistent fonts, colors, and formatting elements
  • Collaborate with Other Teams
