Overview

Employees assigned to SayPro Monthly SCSPR-31 are expected to take on a dynamic, cross-functional role in support of the planning, execution, and content development for the Medical Strategic Partnerships edition of SayPro Monthly Magazine. The role requires technical acumen, creative thinking, and strategic coordination to ensure the publication and event platform effectively promote healthcare innovation and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

1. GPT Prompts for Topic Extraction

  • Develop 100 detailed, high-quality GPT prompts specifically designed to extract a wide-ranging list of topics related to:
    • Medical technology
    • Healthcare systems
    • Medical partnerships and policy
    • Research and treatment innovations
  • Ensure prompts are:
    • Structured, comprehensive, and medically relevant
    • Aligned with SayPro’s partnership and publication goals
    • Optimized for accuracy, diversity, and content depth
  • Review and categorize extracted topics into themes for:
    • Editorial planning
    • Panel discussions
    • Reports and policy briefs

2. Content Development and Structuring

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting articles, case studies, and expert interviews based on extracted topics
  • Coordinate with the SayPro Editorial Team to ensure scientific accuracy, relevance, and consistency
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing materials including:
    • Medical insights summaries
    • Partner organization profiles
    • Visual infographics and reports

3. Stakeholder Research and Mapping

  • Identify potential contributors, partners, and thought leaders in the medical and healthcare sectors
  • Support strategic mapping of stakeholders for:
    • Collaborative partnerships
    • Event panel participation
    • Co-authorship opportunities

4. Strategic Communication Support

  • Collaborate with SayPro’s media and outreach team to:
    • Develop targeted communication briefs
    • Support social media and email campaigns related to SCSPR-31
    • Assist in writing summaries for press releases and newsletters

5. Administrative and Coordination Tasks

  • Participate in planning meetings and report on progress
