To ensure that SayPro’s strategic actions, partnership frameworks, and accreditation models are evidence-based and community-aligned, a key deliverable for this quarter is a comprehensive Community Needs Assessment focused on informal settlements and backyard communities.
Purpose
The needs assessment aims to:
- Identify critical gaps in services and infrastructure
- Document priority areas for intervention, as identified by residents
- Establish a baseline for SayPro’s monitoring and impact measurement
