Position Title: SCSPR-81 Participant – GPT Prompt Developer
Department: SayPro Qualification Accreditation Strategic Partnerships Office
Program: SayPro Monthly – April Edition (SCSPR-81)

Reporting To: Project Coordinator – SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty


Role Overview

Participants in the SCSPR-81 April Edition will actively contribute to the planning and intellectual shaping of the SayPro Monthly event by generating high-quality GPT prompts. These prompts will be used to extract insightful topics for roundtable discussions, workshops, policy talks, and training development on informal settlements, backyard housing, legal integration, and strategic community development.


Key Responsibilities

  • GPT Prompt Generation:
    Develop and submit 100 contextually relevant and diverse prompts that will be used with AI tools like ChatGPT to generate insightful discussion topics.
  • Thematic Relevance:
    Ensure that each prompt aligns with the four primary focus areas of the event:
    1. Informal Settlements and Upgrading Approaches
    2. Affordable and Sustainable Housing Solutions
    3. Legal, Regulatory, and Policy Frameworks
    4. Community Empowerment and Engagement Strategies
  • Innovation and Clarity:
    Design prompts that are creative, open-ended, and suitable for generating exploratory content, such as:
    • Scenario-based questions
    • Problem-solving tasks
    • Policy evaluation inquiries
    • Stakeholder engagement simulations
  • Formatting and Categorization:
    Organize the prompts into clearly labeled categories for easy reference by event facilitators and AI systems.
  • Collaboration:
    Participate in one virtual session to review initial outputs and receive feedback on prompt quality and relevance.

Expected Output

  • A compiled list of 100 categorized GPT prompts in Word or Google Docs format
  • Prompts must be submitted no later than May 15, 2025
  • Optional: A brief reflection on your experience and suggested improvements for future SCSPR events
