1. SayPro Knowledge Exchange Forums
   • Monthly forums and dialogues that bring together urban planners, policymakers, NGOs, researchers, traditional leaders, and community-based organizations.
   • Thematic sessions focusing on:
     • Legal frameworks for informal settlement upgrading
     • Community-driven planning approaches
     • Affordable infrastructure financing
     • Sustainable service delivery models (water, sanitation, energy)
2. Best Practices Repository and Digital Platform
   • Launch of the SayPro Digital Knowledge Hub, a centralized online repository that houses:

   • Accessible to accredited partners, government agencies, and grassroots organizations.
