Position Overview
Participants in the SayPro Monthly SCSPR-71 initiative play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic outcomes in the realm of sports management, marketing, innovation, and partnerships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical insight, creativity, and collaborative energy. Participants will engage in cross-sectoral research, partnership development, event planning, and digital engagement initiatives, with a special focus on sports-based social impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Topic List Development Using GPT Prompts
- Create 100 high-impact GPT prompts tailored to generate actionable insights, current trends, and potential opportunities in the field of sports partnerships and innovation.
- Utilize GPT outputs to compile strategic themes and topic categories for SCSPR-71 roundtables, panels, and partnership working groups.
- Refine prompts iteratively to ensure relevance, industry alignment, and global applicability.
- Collaborate with the SayPro Strategic Intelligence Team to analyze AI-generated insights and distill them into decision-making tools and planning materials.
2. Strategic Research & Stakeholder Mapping
- Identify and map potential partners, sponsors, agencies, and community organizations aligned with SayPro’s sports vision.
- Conduct desk research and stakeholder interviews to uncover partnership potential and shared impact goals.
- Support in building a real-time database of local and international sports-related institutions.
3. Content and Program Development
- Draft content for SayPro’s sports-focused sessions, digital campaigns, and outreach documents.
- Support in the creation of event materials including agendas, speaker briefs, and participant guides.
- Help design engaging presentation decks and marketing content for digital and live events.
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Track the progress of partnership engagements and event activations.
- Collect data and feedback from participants, partners, and audiences.
- Contribute to the development of impact reports, performance dashboards, and knowledge products post-event.
5. Digital and Social Engagement Support
- Assist in launching co-branded campaigns, influencer engagements, and digital storytelling efforts.
- Monitor and curate sports-related content for SayPro’s official social media channels.
- Support with live coverage and documentation of SCSPR-71 activities.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Background in sports management, international development, marketing, communications, or innovation (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is an asset.
- Access to a stable internet connection for remote collaboration.
- Availability to commit at least 10–20 hours per week depending on role intensity.
- Willingness to work across time zones and collaborate on shared digital platforms.
