Objective:
Ensure that all strategic partners are fully aligned with SayPro’s accreditation goals and demonstrate the capacity to meet required compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Assessment & Vetting
- Conduct a thorough review of each partner’s capacity, governance, experience, and track record.
- Assess alignment with SayPro’s mission, values, and focus on human-centered development.
- Accreditation Standards Orientation
- Provide new partners with SayPro’s Accreditation Guidelines Pack, including compliance expectations and operational benchmarks.
- Organize onboarding sessions to walk through the compliance requirements.
- Capacity Evaluation
- Evaluate whether partners have the necessary resources, staff qualifications, infrastructure, and systems to:
- Implement human-focused initiatives effectively
- Manage project funds responsibly
- Monitor and report in line with SayPro’s reporting framework

- Compliance Monitoring
- Implement quarterly compliance checks or progress reviews.
- Use standardized compliance checklists to assess whether each partner:
- Is meeting agreed deliverables
- Maintains transparency in operations
- Applies SayPro-approved tools and practices
- Capacity Strengthening
- Offer technical support and capacity-building workshops to help partners improve in areas where gaps are identified.
Outcome Expected:
All partners will be equipped and empowered to operate in accordance with SayPro’s accreditation objectives, ensuring high standards, sustainable impact, and accountability across all human-focused projects.
