- Human settlement and development
- Capacity building and training
- Project implementation and support
- Community outreach and development
- Accreditation and quality assurance
This Agreement establishes the framework under which the Parties will cooperate.
3. Scope of Collaboration
Each Party agrees to contribute to the partnership as outlined below:
SayPro Will:
- Provide accreditation and compliance guidelines
- Offer technical support and program toolkits
- Facilitate capacity-building workshops and resources
- Monitor and evaluate project performance
- Promote the partnership through SayPro platforms

4. Joint Responsibilities

5. Financial Arrangements
- Each Party shall be responsible for their own operational costs unless otherwise specified in a separate funding agreement or annex.
- If SayPro provides funding or in-kind support, a detailed budget and justification must be submitted and agreed upon.
- Any financial disbursements shall be governed by annexed documents (e.g., Grant Agreements or Project Budget Plans).
6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- Both Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared under this Agreement.
- Intellectual Property (IP) created through joint efforts shall be co-owned unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Use of each Party’s logo or branding must be pre-approved.
7. Monitoring, Reporting, and Evaluation
- The partner will submit regular progress reports as per the agreed schedule (monthly or quarterly).
- SayPro reserves the right to conduct audits or monitoring visits to ensure compliance.
- A joint review meeting shall be held at least once per quarter.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through informal discussions.
- If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with the governing laws outlined in Section 10.
9. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement may be terminated under the following conditions:
- By mutual written consent of both Parties
- By either Party, with 30 days’ written notice
- Immediately by SayPro in the event of non-compliance, breach of ethical standards, or misconduct
Upon termination, all outstanding obligations shall be settled within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
