Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor Project Quality and Compliance:
    • Quality Control: Continuously monitor the progress and implementation of projects to ensure they meet SayPro’s established quality standards. This includes reviewing project deliverables, processes, and outcomes to identify any deviations from expected quality benchmarks.
    • Compliance Audits: Regularly conduct internal and external compliance audits to ensure that all projects within strategic partnerships meet relevant industry standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
    • Regulatory Adherence: Stay informed about any changes in local, national, or international regulations that could impact project execution. Ensure that all projects comply with these regulations, especially those related to community development, human settlements, and sustainable infrastructure.
  2. Ensure Alignment with SayPro’s Goals:
