Objective:
To accurately track, analyze, and report the participation of over 10,000 learners engaged in various SayPro-supported school events, demonstrating program reach and impact.


Key Activities:

  1. Data Collection:
    • Collect attendance records and participant data from all SayPro-supported events.
    • Use standardized attendance logs and digital registration tools provided by SayPro.
    • Ensure data includes learner demographics (age, grade, gender, school).
  2. Data Verification and Cleaning:
    • Cross-check submitted data for accuracy and completeness.
    • Resolve discrepancies through follow-up with school coordinators and event leads.
  3. Data Aggregation and Analysis:
    • Aggregate learner participation data across events and locations.
    • Analyze participation trends by region, event type, and learner groups.
    • Identify gaps or areas for increased outreach.
  4. Reporting:
    • Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting total participation figures, demographic breakdowns, and qualitative insights.
    • Include visual aids such as charts and maps to illustrate participation.
    • Present findings aligned with SayPro’s strategic goals and impact indicators.
  5. Dissemination:
    • Share reports with SayPro leadership, partner organizations, funders, and stakeholders.
