SayPro Task Support Planning and Execution of at Least 5 Major School Events


Objective:
To provide comprehensive support for the successful planning and execution of at least five major events across SayPro-affiliated high schools, including sports tournaments, career days, cultural shows, debates, and STEM expos.


Key Activities:

  1. Event Identification and Scheduling:
    • Collaborate with school coordinators to select and calendar major events aligned with school and SayPro priorities.
  2. Resource Mobilization:
    • Facilitate partnership engagement for sponsorship, mentorship, and logistical support.
    • Assist schools in preparing budgets and securing materials.
  3. Capacity Building:
    • Deliver training workshops on event management, safety protocols, and inclusive participation.
    • Provide tools and templates via SayPro’s digital platforms.
  4. Monitoring and Coordination:
    • Oversee event planning progress through regular check-ins and updates on the SayPro portal.
    • Coordinate with partners, local education departments, and community stakeholders.
  5. Execution Support:
    • Provide on-site or virtual assistance during events to ensure smooth operations.
    • Address any emerging challenges promptly.
  6. Post-Event Reporting and Evaluation:
    • Collect and review event reports, participant feedback, and impact data.
    • Upload documentation including photos, videos, and evaluation summaries to SayPro’s digital repository.

Deliverables:

  • Successfully supported execution of at least 5 major school events within the reporting period.
  • Completed event reports and media portfolios uploaded to SayPro Website.
  • Post-event evaluation summaries highlighting lessons learned and recommendations.

Timeline:

  • To be completed by the end of the reporting month.
