SayPro Train 100+ School Leaders and Educators in SayPro’s Bridging and Integration Systems

Objective:

To capacitate over 100 school principals, deputy principals, phase heads, and lead educators with the knowledge and tools to implement SayPro’s bridging and integration systems that align Foundation, Intermediate, and Senior Phases under one unified campus development plan.

Key Activities:

1. Participant Selection and Orientation
   • Coordinate with districts to identify eligible school leaders and educators from Combined Schools.
   • Distribute SayPro’s Training Orientation Pack and Digital Access Toolkit.
2. Training Curriculum Delivery
   • Deliver training via a blended model:
     • Virtual Masterclasses (SayPro Online Learning Portal)
     • In-person Bootcamps in selected districts
     • Live Case Study Walkthroughs using real schools
   • Modules to include:
     • Phase Bridging Strategies
     • Integrated Curriculum Planning
     • Multi-disciplinary Teaming in Schools
     • SayPro Governance Alignment Tools
3. Hands-on Practice & Simulation
   • Facilitate group planning sessions using the SayPro ISDP and Performance Benchmarking Matrix.
   • Simulate joint teacher-planner workshops and integrated timetabling.
4. Certification and Deployment
   • Award digital certificates upon successful completion.
   • Support schools to immediately pilot integration strategies.
5. Post-Training Support and Coaching
   • Assign SayPro mentors to clusters of trained leaders.
   • Track implementation progress via SayPro’s M&E Dashboard.
