Objective
To collect, review, and digitally archive quarterly strategic development plans submitted by each Combined School participating in the SayPro programme. This process supports ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and alignment of school development initiatives with SayPro’s strategic frameworks.
Process Overview
1. Plan Preparation by Schools
- Participating schools prepare their quarterly strategic development plans aligned with their annual goals and SayPro governance frameworks.
- Plans should cover key areas such as leadership, academic improvement, infrastructure, community engagement, and resource mobilisation.
2. Submission Requirements
- Plans must be submitted in the prescribed format (Word or PDF) via the SayPro Employee Upload Portal.
- Each document should clearly state the school name, quarter, and submission date in the filename.
- Deadline for submission is the last day of the quarter.
3. Quality Assurance and Feedback
- SayPro Strategic Partnership Coordinators review submissions for completeness, alignment, and quality.
- Feedback is provided to schools for plan improvement where necessary.
- Approved plans are formally accepted and recorded.
4. Digital Archiving
- Upload all approved quarterly plans to SayPro’s Central Strategic Plan Repository.
- Plans will be accessible to relevant SayPro staff, school leaders, and partners for review and reporting.
