Objective
To systematically evaluate Combined Schools using digital assessment tools focused on three core pillars:
- Infrastructure condition and adequacy,
- Academic and operational performance, and
- Staffing alignment and capacity.
This process supports data-driven decision-making for targeted interventions, resource allocation, and strategic partnerships.
Assessment Components
1. Infrastructure Assessment
- Use the SayPro Infrastructure Audit Template digitized for online completion.
- Assess classroom conditions, sanitation facilities, water supply, electricity, safety compliance, and digital connectivity.
- Identify critical gaps affecting learner experience and compliance with national standards.
2. Performance Assessment
- Analyze academic results, learner attendance, pass rates, and progression metrics via SayPro’s Performance Dashboard.
- Review effectiveness of leadership and governance structures using the SayPro Governance Scorecard.
- Collect qualitative feedback from educators, learners, and parents on school environment and learning quality.
3. Staffing Alignment Assessment
- Review staffing levels against curriculum needs and learner enrolment.
- Evaluate qualifications, continuous professional development (CPD) status, and role clarity.
- Identify gaps in critical roles such as educators, administrative staff, and support personnel.
