Role Purpose
The Strategic Partnership Coordinator – Combined Schools plays a central role in managing and scaling SayPro’s partnerships with Combined Schools across South Africa. This position is responsible for mapping school stakeholders, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring strategic alignment across educational phases using SayPro’s digital platforms and governance toolkits. The role focuses on driving integrated school development, academic enhancement, and community engagement through structured and technology-enabled partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
🗂 1. School Mapping and Registration
- Register and verify all Combined Schools under SayPro’s support framework.
- Maintain an up-to-date School Partnership Database with accurate records on locations, contact persons, governance teams, and phase levels.
- Regularly update school statuses and partnership tiers in SayPro’s digital platform.
🤝 2. Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation
- Plan and host virtual stakeholder meetings using SayPro’s Online Engagement Platform.
- Coordinate participation from school principals, SGBs, community leaders, municipal officers, and education department representatives.
- Serve as the liaison between SayPro and Combined Schools for planning, communication, and reporting.
📊 3. Strategic Planning and Needs Assessments
- Oversee the submission, review, and consolidation of school needs assessments and development strategies.
- Assist schools in drafting Strategic Development Plans aligned with SayPro’s governance and partnership frameworks.
- Monitor progress and identify emerging school-level priorities across academic, infrastructure, and leadership domains.
📚 4. Curriculum Bridging and Academic Support
- Coordinate SayPro Academy workshops focusing on curriculum articulation, phase transitions, and inclusive teaching methods.
- Support the rollout of SayPro curriculum alignment tools and educator development programmes.
- Facilitate feedback loops between schools and curriculum advisors for adaptive learning strategies.
📝 5. Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Compile monthly strategic reports detailing school engagement activities, implementation challenges, and partnership outcomes.
- Use SayPro’s Digital Monitoring Dashboard to measure impact across schools.
- Provide insight into leadership performance, community involvement, and learner support effectiveness.
🔗 6. Cross-Phase Collaboration Leadership
- Champion the use of SayPro Governance Frameworks to ensure collaboration between ECD, Primary, and Secondary education streams within Combined Schools.
- Train school teams on leadership handovers, transition management, and cross-phase learner support.
- Promote consistent messaging and goal alignment across all educational levels.
