Overview
SayPro employs a dedicated team of staff and regional coordinators to manage, support, and implement strategic partnerships and service delivery improvements across Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres.
Roles and Responsibilities
SayPro Staff:
- Manage day-to-day operations within SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office
- Develop and maintain digital tools, resource packs, and training materials
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ECD centres and partner organisations
- Coordinate data collection, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and virtual forums
Regional Coordinators:
- Serve as SayPro’s field representatives within designated geographic regions
- Engage directly with crèches, ECD centres, municipalities, and community stakeholders
- Support enrolment of centres into SayPro programmes and ensure compliance with standards
- Monitor service delivery quality and facilitate local training and capacity building
- Act as liaison between SayPro central office and regional partners for effective communication and issue resolution
Structure
- Regional Coordinators report directly to the Executive Director of SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty
- Coordinators collaborate closely with SayPro staff to align regional activities with organizational goals
- Staff and coordinators jointly ensure seamless implementation of SayPro’s mission across all operational areas
