As a core component of SCSPR-25, SayPro is committed to building the skills, knowledge, and service delivery capacity of Crèche and Early Childhood Development (ECD) workers and administrators through the SayPro E-Learning and Strategic Engagement Platform.


Objective:

To ensure that all SayPro-affiliated Crèches and ECD Centres maintain high standards of care, professionalism, and customer service excellence, aligned with SayPro’s vision of child-centered, parent-inclusive early learning ecosystems.

An accessible, mobile-friendly platform that delivers self-paced and instructor-guided learning modules covering:

  • Child Development & Emotional Support Practices
  • Early Learning Curriculum Implementation

  • Customer Service for ECD Environments
  • Digital Literacy for Daily Centre Administration

Monthly live sessions featuring:

  • Panel discussions with ECD experts and government officials
  • Case studies from high-performing Crèches
  • Interactive Q&A with parents and community members
  • Real-time policy and regulatory updates

SayPro Certification Tracks

Upon successful completion of required modules, trainees receive:

  • SayPro Digital Certificate of Completion
  • A verified SayPro Professional Profile for use on CVs and partner portals
  • Eligibility for advanced mentorship under the SayPro Centre of Excellence Initiative
