Target:
Partner with 20 Private Schools to Conduct Digital Regulatory Reviews
Objective:
To strengthen regulatory compliance and support capacity-building within private schools by conducting thorough digital regulatory reviews in partnership with selected institutions.
Key Activities:
- Identify and onboard 20 private schools across diverse provinces to participate in the digital regulatory review programme.
- Deploy SayPro’s Digital Regulatory Compliance Templates and tools to assess schools’ adherence to national and provincial education regulations.
- Facilitate virtual training and support sessions to guide schools through the digital review process.
- Collect and analyze compliance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring mentorship.
- Provide tailored recommendations and action plans to each participating school based on review outcomes.
Expected Outcomes:
- Enhanced regulatory awareness and compliance among participating private schools.
- Improved data accuracy and reporting via SayPro’s digital compliance platform.
- Strengthened partnerships and trust between SayPro and private education providers.
- Data-driven insights to inform future policy advocacy and training programmes.
Reporting Requirements:
- Document and submit review progress and completion reports via the SayPro platform quarterly.
- Upload compliance summaries and action plans for each partnered school.
- Provide feedback on challenges encountered and resource needs for continuous improvement.
