🎯 Strategic Target: Launch SayPro Private College Innovation Pilot Programme

Objective:
Initiate the SayPro Private College Innovation Pilot Programme by partnering with at least two (2) private colleges to trial innovative approaches in teaching, administration, or partnership models that enhance sustainability and scalability.

📋 Pilot Programme Components:

• Co-design innovative curriculum delivery or blended learning models
• Test new digital tools or administrative systems on the SayPro platform
• Develop scalable community engagement and partnership frameworks
• Measure pilot outcomes through agreed KPIs and real-time data tracking
• Document and share learnings to inform wider rollouts

📅 Implementation Timeline:

• Partner selection and agreement signing: April 1 – April 30, 2025
• Pilot programme launch: May 1, 2025
• Monitoring, support, and mid-term review: May – June 2025
• Initial evaluation and reporting: June 30, 2025
