Objective:
Develop, document, and publish ten (10) critical policy recommendations aimed at strengthening private college operations, compliance, partnerships, and sustainability within SayPro’s education network.

- Accreditation and regulatory compliance improvements
- Financial sustainability models for private institutions
- Student retention and support policies
- Digital transformation and technology integration
- Industry collaboration and curriculum relevance
- Institutional governance and risk management
- Staff capacity building and professional development
- Community engagement and social inclusion
- Data governance and reporting standards
- Innovation and continuous improvement frameworks
📥 Publication Process:
- Collaborate with SayPro experts, partners, and stakeholders to draft recommendations
- Review and validate recommendations through internal SayPro Policy Review Committee
- Publish finalized policy documents in the SayPro Policy Review Section on the SayPro website
- Disseminate through newsletters, webinars, and partner networks
