📋 Target Details:

• Objective:
  To strengthen institutional capacity and compliance, SayPro aims to register and comprehensively assess 15 private colleges within the quarter.
• Assessment Tool:
  The SayPro Institutional Audit Tool will be used to evaluate key operational areas, including governance, curriculum alignment, infrastructure readiness, digital capacity, and financial sustainability.
• Process:
  1. Complete registration of selected private colleges on the SayPro Strategic Partnerships platform.
  2. Facilitate audit data collection via online forms and virtual consultations.
  3. Review and analyze audit results to identify strategic gaps and opportunities.
  4. Develop tailored action plans in collaboration with each institution.
• Reporting:
  • Audit summaries and recommendations will be uploaded to the SayPro Portal.
  • Quarterly progress reports will reflect achievement against this target.
