🔹 Job Purpose:
The Private College Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting the establishment, coordination, and tracking of strategic partnerships between SayPro and private education institutions. This role ensures alignment with SayPro’s strategic frameworks and educational transformation goals, leveraging SayPro’s digital platforms for communication, compliance, and collaboration.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Private College Onboarding & Registration
- Facilitate the registration and onboarding of private colleges onto the SayPro Strategic Partnerships Portal.
- Guide new partners through the setup of user profiles, document uploads, and initial orientation sessions.
- Virtual Partnership Clinics
- Organize and moderate virtual strategic partnership clinics using SayPro’s live event tools.
- Address institutional challenges, share SayPro toolkits, and promote collaborative learning experiences.
- Needs Assessment & Data Collection
- Coordinate the use of SayPro digital forms to capture private college needs, capabilities, and development priorities.
- Synthesize institutional data into actionable insights for SayPro leadership and support teams.
- Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
- Maintain consistent communication with college representatives using SayPro’s internal messaging system.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and escalate queries to relevant departments as needed.
- Document Management & Compliance Reporting
- Upload institutional compliance documents, partnership strategies, and engagement reports to the SayPro College Partner Database.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all strategic documentation.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Dashboard Updates
- Track progress on partnership projects and update relevant data on the SayPro Strategic Dashboard in real time.
- Generate monthly progress reports and highlight areas for improvement or escalation.
📘 Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong communication, coordination, and digital facilitation skills
- Experience working with education institutions or development partners
- Familiarity with data collection tools, stakeholder engagement, and reporting
- Proficient in online platforms, collaborative tools, and digital dashboards
🌍 Working Environment:
- Fully remote with access to the SayPro platform, documentation systems, and live support tools
- Occasional in-person sessions or workshops at the SayPro Neftalopolis Hub (hybrid availability)
- Flexible hours based on project demands and time-sensitive partnerships
📌 Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Reports directly to the Director – SayPro Strategic Partnerships Royalty
- Performance reviewed quarterly based on:
- Number of colleges onboarded
- Quality and frequency of reporting
- Responsiveness to partner institutions
- Contribution to SayPro’s transformation and sustainability goals
