SayPro Documents Required from SayPro Employees

Submission Deadline: All documents must be uploaded on the SayPro platform in March


Required Documents:

  1. Valid SayPro Staff Registration Certificate
    Proof of current and active registration as SayPro staff member.
  2. SCSPR-20 Assignment Letter
    Official assignment letter detailing the employee’s role and responsibilities related to the SCSPR-20 project.
  3. CEC Site Proposal Review Form
    Completed form reviewing proposed Community Education Centre sites, including assessments and recommendations.
  4. Signed Digital Compliance Agreement
    Signed agreement confirming adherence to SayPro policies, data protection, and ethical guidelines.
  5. Community Education Centres Needs Survey
    Survey results documenting community-identified needs relevant to education centre development.
  6. SayPro Strategic Infrastructure Checklist
    Completed checklist verifying that all strategic infrastructure requirements and standards have been considered.
  7. Biweekly Project Monitoring Form (SayPro Version)
    Form documenting progress updates, challenges, and milestones achieved during biweekly monitoring cycles.

Instructions:

  • Upload all required documents directly to the designated folders on the SayPro digital platform by March 31.
  • Ensure documents are complete, legible, and signed where applicable.
