Official assignment letter detailing the employee’s role and responsibilities related to the SCSPR-20 project. - CEC Site Proposal Review Form
Completed form reviewing proposed Community Education Centre sites, including assessments and recommendations. - Signed Digital Compliance Agreement
Signed agreement confirming adherence to SayPro policies, data protection, and ethical guidelines. - Community Education Centres Needs Survey
Survey results documenting community-identified needs relevant to education centre development. - SayPro Strategic Infrastructure Checklist
Completed checklist verifying that all strategic infrastructure requirements and standards have been considered. - Biweekly Project Monitoring Form (SayPro Version)
Form documenting progress updates, challenges, and milestones achieved during biweekly monitoring cycles.
