Primarily remote via SayPro Website platform, with optional in-person sessions at Neftalopolis Hub
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, development, and rollout of Community Education Centres (CEC) infrastructure projects using SayPro’s online project management tools and systems.
- Conduct digital site assessments, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative meetings through SayPro’s virtual conference rooms to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Manage and maintain the SayPro CEC Partnerships Database, accurately logging new partner agreements, updates on site progress, and critical project milestones.
- Facilitate technical evaluations and ensure compliance reporting is completed accurately and promptly within the SayPro digital infrastructure.
- Support SayPro operational teams by overseeing the upload and organization of architectural designs, community needs assessments, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Lead virtual briefings, interactive Q&A forums, and digital consultations engaging community leaders, local government officials, and other key stakeholders to foster transparency and collaborative decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in coordination with cross-functional SayPro teams to ensure timely and effective infrastructure delivery.
- Assist in developing training materials and guides related to infrastructure project management and partnership engagement as required.
- Contribute to strategic reports and presentations for the SayPro Director of Strategic Partnerships Royalty and other senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in project coordination, ideally in infrastructure, community development, or education sectors.
- Strong proficiency in digital project management tools and virtual communication platforms.
- Excellent organizational and database management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders remotely.
- Ability to analyze technical documents and compliance standards.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
- Knowledge of community education initiatives and infrastructure development is advantageous.
