To ensure integrity, transparency, and alignment with SayPro’s standards for responsible partnerships and resilience programming, the Compliance Unit must conduct internal audits across designated units using the SayPro Ethical Scorecard.
This tool supports ethical governance, policy compliance, and continuous improvement within SayPro’s operations.
📌 Objectives of the Internal Compliance Audits:
- Evaluate internal alignment with SayPro’s ethical partnership and sustainability policies
- Identify compliance gaps in programme delivery, documentation, and stakeholder conduct
- Provide evidence-based recommendations for corrective action and training
- Strengthen SayPro’s internal accountability systems and audit readiness
