Purpose:
To maintain transparent, up-to-date monitoring of activities under SCSPR-12, all designated SayPro staff must submit weekly progress reports. These reports provide critical data for performance management, risk tracking, and strategic decision-making.
Key Objectives:
- Capture detailed updates on ongoing tasks, milestones, and challenges.
- Track key performance indicators aligned with SayPro’s resilience and responsibility frameworks.
- Enable timely identification of risks and bottlenecks.
- Support accurate, data-driven reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Submission Guidelines:
🟢 Report Content:
- Summary of activities completed during the week
- Status updates on assigned tasks (e.g., partnership sessions, assessments, uploads)
- Challenges encountered and mitigation measures
- Planned activities for the upcoming week
- Resource needs or support requests
🔵 How to Submit:
- Log in to the SayPro Strategic Implementation Tracker via the SayPro platform.
- Navigate to the SCSPR-12 weekly report submission section.
- Complete the digital form fields accurately and attach any supporting documents.
- Submit the report by the end of each week, preferably every Friday by 5 PM.
