Purpose of the Role:
The Resilience Strategic Partnership Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the execution and administration of SayPro’s SCSPR-12 programme. This role ensures that all resilience-related partnerships are effectively monitored, documented, and driven by performance, accountability, and sustainability principles. The coordinator will leverage SayPro’s digital systems to track, report, and enhance strategic partnerships across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
🧭 Programme Facilitation & Digital Delivery
- Coordinate and facilitate SCSPR-12 activities through SayPro’s online learning and development platform.
- Ensure timely setup, execution, and wrap-up of webinars, digital workshops, and collaborative labs.
📊 Monitoring & Evaluation
- Design, populate, and maintain partnership responsibility scorecards on SayPro’s Resilience Dashboard.
- Lead documentation and analysis of partnership risk and resilience audits using SayPro’s integrated monitoring system.
🌍 Community-Based Mapping & Engagement
- Conduct and oversee community resilience mapping projects, utilizing SayPro’s digital tools to gather localized data and feedback.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to co-design context-relevant resilience strategies.
📅 Training & Logistical Coordination
- Organize logistics for SCSPR-12 training events, including venue booking (if in-person), digital access setup, attendance tracking, and material distribution.
- Ensure timely submission of training reports, attendance registers, and post-event evaluations.
📝 Stakeholder & Documentation Management
- Assist partners and stakeholders in completing registration processes and digital compliance forms via SayPro’s platform.
- Maintain accurate records of partner communications, submissions, and agreement milestones.
Core Competencies:
- Strong project coordination and digital literacy skills
- Familiarity with resilience, risk mitigation, and sustainability concepts
- Experience working with online platforms and monitoring systems
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Ability to manage data collection, report writing, and documentation under tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Development Studies, Public Administration, Environmental Management, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in programme coordination, partnerships, or monitoring & evaluation
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Trello, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of SDGs, ESG principles, and resilience frameworks is an advantage
Work Environment:
- Primarily digital/remote operations via the SayPro Website Platform
- Occasional travel to community sites or SayPro regional hubs (as required)
- Collaboration with cross-functional SayPro offices, strategic partners, and field staff
