Objective

To enhance the skills and competencies of TVET students and partners by facilitating one (1) online and one (1) in-person masterclass during June 2025. These sessions are part of SayPro’s continuous learning and development strategy aimed at empowering participants through practical, relevant, and interactive training.

Facilitation Details

  • In-Person Masterclass: Conducted with strict COVID-19 safety protocols. Included group activities and case studies relevant to local business environments.

Impact and Feedback

  • Over 125 TVET students trained across two masterclasses.
  • Post-session surveys indicated a 92% satisfaction rate and a strong intent to apply learned skills in student enterprises and internships.
  • Participants requested additional sessions on digital finance and business planning.
