Capacity Building: Equipping SayPro Staff & College Coordinators with Partnership-Building Skills
To ensure long-term sustainability and institutional leadership of strategic outreach efforts, SayPro launched a structured capacity-building initiative in June 2025 aimed at empowering both internal staff and external college coordinators with essential partnership-building skills.
🔑 Objectives:
- Strengthen the negotiation, communication, and strategic alignment capabilities of SayPro personnel.
- Enable TVET college coordinators to act as SayPro Strategic Partnership Ambassadors within their campuses.
- Standardize partnership engagement protocols across institutions using SayPro Royalty Toolkits and CRM Templates.
🧩 Activities Conducted:
- 2-Day Virtual Masterclass on “Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Value Alignment” for:
- 22 SayPro regional staff members
- 18 TVET college coordinators from 9 provinces
- Scenario-Based Training Modules developed and delivered by SayPro Royalty Office, including:
- “Building Value Propositions for TVET-Private Sector Collaboration”
- “Managing Multi-Stakeholder Agreements and Compliance Frameworks”
- “Using SayPro CRM to Track and Report Engagements”
