1. π€ Establish Strategic Health Alliances
Target: Form 10 new health partnerships between traditional leaders (chiefs) and formal healthcare providers (clinics, NGOs, health departments).
Purpose: Strengthen trust-based delivery of services and integrate indigenous authority into the health ecosystem.
2. π’ Coordinate Community Health Awareness Campaigns
Target: Conduct 5 village-based health campaigns in partnership with chiefs and elders.
Focus Areas: HIV prevention, sanitation, maternal health, mental wellness, and vaccine education.
3. π Expand Rural Health Training Reach
Target: Achieve a 25% increase in health training engagements in rural and underserved areas.
Strategy: Leverage SayProβs online platform and hybrid events to mobilize community health volunteers and leaders.
4. π Increase Digital Registration for SayPro Health Programs
Target: Digitally register 1,000 new community members to SayPro’s health information and support programs via www.saypro.online.
Tool: Utilize mobile-friendly portals, local ambassadors, and in-person registration drives during community meetings.
5. π Document and Share Success Stories
Target: Publish 4 SayPro Chiefs Health Case Studies that highlight effective traditional-modern health collaborations.
Distribution: SayPro Magazine, SayPro Radio, and stakeholder newsletters.
6. π₯ Train and Mobilize Local Health Volunteers
Target: Train 50 community volunteers via SayProβs Virtual Health Literacy Workshop Series.
Content: Nutrition, disease prevention, first aid, mental health basics, and communication strategies.
