1. Identify Key Vendors

  • Review SayPro’s existing vendor and supplier list for:
    • Material providers (cement, steel, roofing, insulation)
    • Service providers (printing, design, delivery, installation)
  • Shortlist vendors open to value-based negotiations or co-branded partnerships.

2. Evaluate Current Pricing Structures

  • Gather pricing benchmarks from at least three vendors per category.
  • Analyze existing expenditure patterns to establish negotiation baselines.

3. Initiate Strategic Negotiations

  • Schedule negotiation meetings to:
    • Discuss volume discounts
    • Offer media exposure in SayPro Magazine in exchange for discounted rates
    • Explore barter opportunities (ads, listings, content features)
