Strategic Engagement Objective

Target: Engage with 80% of key partners identified during SayPro’s Q2 building and construction events and forums to establish formal collaboration agreements by June 30, 2025.


Engagement Approach

  1. Partner Identification & Prioritization
    • Review all participants, leads, and companies who expressed interest during SayPro events in May 2025.
    • Categorize partners based on strategic alignment, influence, and potential contribution.
    • Goal: Finalize a list of 25–30 high-priority partners.
  2. Personalized Outreach Campaign
    • Initiate follow-up communication within 7 days of initial engagement.
    • Tailor emails and calls to reflect each partner’s interest (content collaboration, marketing, training, etc.).
    • Provide digital copies of SayPro’s Partnership Proposal Form and Media Kit.
  3. Host Strategic Partnership Meetings
    • Organize 1:1 sessions (virtual or in-person) to align on goals, values, and joint opportunities.
    • Include partnership proposal reviews, sample deliverables, and pilot campaign ideas.
  4. Formalize Agreements
    • Use a streamlined Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Strategic Collaboration Agreement template.
    • Define scope, contributions, timelines, and success metrics for each agreement.
    • Target: 80% engagement rate = ~20 confirmed partnership agreements.

  • Strengthened SayPro brand visibility in the building and construction space
  • Enhanced content pipeline for SayPro Magazine
  • New streams of revenue and project collaboration

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain a SayPro Q2 Partnership Tracker (Excel/CRM)
  • Log all meetings, outreach responses, and agreement statuses
  • Prepare a summary report by end of June with:
    • Number of partners engaged
    • Number of signed agreements
    • Type of partnership (e.g., content, sponsorship, education, joint venture)
