The SayPro Strategic Partnerships Office is prioritizing the scaling of content collaboration and market visibility across key industry sectors, with a special focus on building, construction, real estate, and infrastructure. This quarter’s goals are designed to drive long-term value through strategic alliances, media co-creation, and geographic market expansion.


🗂️ Q2 2025 Partnership Objectives

1. Expand SayPro Magazine Content Collaborations

Target: Onboard 20 new industry contributors from the construction, real estate, and architecture sectors.
Actions:

  • Host monthly virtual roundtables with subject matter experts.
  • Publish at least 5 co-authored industry insight articles.
  • Launch “Partner Voices” column in SayPro Magazine editions.

📌 KPI: 5 new contributors per month | 10+ shared articles by June 30.


2. Secure Regional Media Partnerships

Target: Establish strategic content partnerships with 5 regional media platforms.
Actions:

  • Identify niche radio, podcast, and online magazine platforms in Eastern, Southern, and West Africa.
  • Create joint publishing agreements and cross-promotional campaigns.

📌 KPI: 5 signed MOUs or LOIs by end of Q2 | Reach 500,000 new regional readers/listeners.


3. Launch a Vendor & Supplier Feature Series

Target: Partner with 15+ construction-related companies to spotlight products, solutions, and innovations.
Actions:

  • Profile selected vendors monthly in the “SayPro Built Environment Series.”
  • Encourage co-branded digital campaigns via SayPro’s social and web platforms.

4. Build Youth & Training Program Alliances

Target: Collaborate with at least 3 TVET colleges or training institutions offering construction and trades skills.
Actions:

  • Develop a “Future Builders” editorial segment.
  • Promote youth programs, courses, and innovation stories from partner institutions.

5. Launch SayPro Construction Summit Planning Committee

Target: Begin groundwork for the SayPro Construction & Innovation Summit 2026.
Actions:

  • Form a planning committee of 10 partners (private sector, academia, government).
  • Outline a draft framework and partner sponsorship tiers.

📌 KPI: Complete concept deck + committee brief by June 15 | Secure 3 founding sponsors by July.


6. Increase Strategic Outreach

Target: Make SayPro visible to 50+ new potential strategic partners across Africa.
